We are committed to providing every guest with a relaxing, professional, and enjoyable nail care experience. To ensure the best possible service and a comfortable environment for everyone, we kindly ask all guests to review our salon policies before their visit.
These policies apply to both Gossip Nails Spa locations in Bristow, VA, and Gainesville, VA.
 
1. GENERAL SALON POLICIES
Appointments & Late Arrivals

• We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date, time, and nail technician.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and relaxation.

• If you arrive late, your service time may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests.

Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand that plans can change and appreciate your consideration of our technicians' time.

• 24-hour notice: Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment may result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service price.

• No-shows: Guests who miss their appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

Payments & Gratuity

• We accept cash, major credit cards, and Gossip Nails Spa Gift Cards.

• Gratuity is not included in our service prices.

• Tips are always appreciated as a thank-you for your technician's service.

Refund Policy

• All completed salon services are non-refundable.

• Unopened and unused retail products may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

• If you have concerns about your service, please review our Service Guarantee Policy below so we can assist you.

Right to Refuse Service
Gossip Nails Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service when necessary due to inappropriate or disrespectful behavior, intoxication, or hygiene and safety concerns.
We are dedicated to maintaining a welcoming, respectful, and safe environment for our guests and staff.
Prices & Promotions

• Service prices, promotional offers, and service availability may change without prior notice.

• Promotions, discounts, and special offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated.

• The same promotional terms and conditions apply to all eligible guests.

Personal Belongings
Please keep your personal belongings with you during your visit.
Gossip Nails Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
 
2. SERVICE GUARANTEE POLICY
Your satisfaction matters to us!
At Gossip Nails Spa, we take pride in the quality of our services. If something is not right with your nails, we want the opportunity to address your concerns.
Complimentary Service Adjustments

• If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us immediately or within 3 days of your original appointment.

• We will gladly provide a complimentary adjustment if the concern is directly related to the original service performed.

• All adjustments must be scheduled with the same nail technician who performed the original service.

• Complimentary adjustments are intended to correct service-related issues, not to change your original style, color, shape, or design preferences.

What Is Not Covered?
Complimentary adjustments do not cover:

• Changes in personal preferences after the service is completed.

• Requests for a different nail color, shape, style, or design.

• Issues caused by improper nail care or failure to follow recommended aftercare instructions.

Our goal is to ensure that every guest leaves feeling happy, confident, and satisfied.
 
3. GIFT CARD POLICY
Give the Gift of Beauty & Relaxation!
Gossip Nails Spa Gift Cards are a wonderful way to treat friends, family, and loved ones to a relaxing salon experience.
Gift Card Terms & Conditions

• Gift Cards are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase, subject to applicable law.

• Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

• Gift Cards may be used toward salon services or retail products.

• Gossip Nails Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Cards.

• Expiration dates and any special promotional conditions will be clearly stated when applicable.

• Guests are encouraged to redeem their Gift Cards within the valid period.

 
4. MEMBERSHIP POLICY

Membership Benefits

Membership Terms & Conditions

• Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, except where otherwise required by law.

• Monthly membership credits must be used within 90 days, unless otherwise required by law.

• Membership discounts cannot be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically stated.

• Gossip Nails Spa reserves the right to update membership benefits, pricing, and program terms, subject to applicable notice requirements.

• Membership enrollment, billing, renewal, and cancellation conditions will be provided when guests sign up.
